About

I guess it’s about me.   Who am I?   Well I’m a mother of three beautiful daughters who are all married to great sons-in-law, and a son who is in a relationship with a beautiful young lady.   I’m also a grandmother of five – two grandsons and three granddaughters ranging from 18 down to 5.   Hmmm, is it a cliche to say that makes me feel old? and yet I don’t really feel as old as I am.   Always have felt like a kid at heart.   It’s usually me that’s the first awake on Christmas morning or birthdays.

Hopefully I can also say I’m a friend.   Certainly I have some wonderful friends and I suppose as you have to be one to have one, then yes, I am a friend.

If you had to categorise my personality then I’d say I’m outgoing after getting over my initial reserve, creative and generally happy with my lot.   Did one of those ‘fill-in-the-gaps’ surveys that do the rounds and those that came back to me all indicated that although I follow the rules, there is a little bit of a rebel in me too.

Maybe as time goes by I’ll discover more about me and those that happen to come visit my blog will do so too.   If that happens then I’ll come back here and edit the page.   If not, then what you see is what you get.
